Yes, I use the analyzer, but I also have two R-Link screens. One from Clio / Captur the other from Laguna. I made two dumps and compared both files in the hex editor. I found a few differences and then tested one after the other. One byte (changes from 0x00 to 0x01) changes the screen upside down, but the violation of the checksum and navigation does not turn on.

I am able to generate any set of slots for cars that have RS Monitor in the factory. I just need a VIN number.

ebt25 - I am not sure I see the benefit of generating any slot for RS cars as we already have slots that are working.
With my slots I can make the RS Monitor work on any RS. Only difference is the mod to have the EDC clutch if it's the case (clio vs megane)
The issue is to make it work for non RS cars. Or I understood wrong and you are able to generate the slots based on VIN for non RS cars?

Plus if somebody already has RS Mon from factory, why should he need it? :)

The slots also change vehicule configuration such as horsepower and torque on the screen with the curves, and it determines the limits for those parameters in gauges screens.
If you use the slots provided before on a Megane RS, it will be stuck at 220hp and 280Nm of torque instead of going up to 265 or 275 depending on version.

Not sure what you mean. There was no Megane 3 RS with RS Monitor and 220 Hp, only Clio Trophy. if you use the slots from Clio then you see max 220, if you use the ones from megane, problem solved (with variations for 265 and 275) :)

That's what I mean. And this is why some will need Megane RS slots instead of Clio slots... by generating it from the VIN, you will get the one that fits your RS car.

I think it's prety easy to ask someone with clio RS (with RS Mon) and DDT4ALL to post the slots here and that's it.
Or just do it 3 times : one for clio, one for 265 and one for 275 ;)

My megane is rs250,and R-link is retrofitted,so I asked if there are slots from Megane,and posted the VIN from rs275 trophy

For now, I can generate slots only for cars with a factory RS.
What exactly is saved in the slots? I do not know yet :) but since they differ, there must be something dependent on the equipment of the car.
Of course, each set will work, but if you can do it as factory, why not?
