You only need to enable developer mode on RLink. Maybe it turns on when the clip is connected. Check it out, you can just connect the clip and try to connect via ADB (you can take the PUTTY with the plugin ADB). I've got all the .apk, but there is no clip.

Hi guys. I have taken from the service pack files RSDataService.apk and RSDMonitorApp.apk but I can not connect to rlink for their installation. A service pack contains a lot of APK files
