here are the official dates for the event.



What are the RS Days?

This meeting is specially dedicated to all RS and GT Line models of the Renault brand. It's taking place since 2013 already and is a relaxed get together of enthusiasts on a campingground in the center of Germany in the beautiful Harz mountain area.
Of course other Renault models and brands are also welcome. There will be a seperate parking area for these vehicles.

What is going on?

It's a casual meeting with no strikt shedules. There presumably will be some exhibitors like motorsport teams, tuners, garages and so on around to present their work and products. Somebody from Renault Sport will presumably also be present.
There of course will be some kind of program. Last year we for example had a life installation of an aftermarket intercooler on a Megane, a Twizy time trial and other smaller events.
The highlight are lead excursions on some very nice and twisty country roads (~80km distance).

What will be the cost?

There are multiple options depending on how many days you would like to attend and the selected type of accommodation.

Note: The prices given below are the ones from last year and the ones for this year may slightly vary. I'll update them accordingly if I got the final ones.

Weekend ticket 1:
60,- € advanced booking or 65,- € on-site (cash)
2 overnight stays on the campingground (1 parking spot, 2 persons)
Includes name badges, baps for sunday breakfast, usage of the central BBQ grill

Weekend ticket 2:
40,- € advanced booking or 45,- € on-site (cash)
1 overnight stays on the campingground (1 parking spot, 2 persons)
Includes name badges, baps for sunday breakfast, usage of the central BBQ grill

Weekend ticket 3:
25,- € advanced booking or 30,- € on-site (cash)
Allowance for the whole weekend without overnight stays (1 parking spot, 1 person); every additional person 10,- € extra
Includes name badges, baps for sunday breakfast, usage of the central BBQ grill

^This ticket is meant for guests who want to sleep in a hotel or holiday home and not in a tent on the campingground. If you're interested in this please tell me and I'll give you some links to locations nearby.

Day ticket (2nd June only):
15,- € advanced booking or 20,- € on-site (cash)
Allowance for Saturday without overnight stay (1 parking spot, 1 person); every additional person 5,- € extra
Includes name badges, usage of the central BBQ grill

Day ticket without vehicle:
5,- € on-site (cash)

Time for applications and cancellation rules will be announced later on.

Please also note that this is an uncommercial event and the organisers don't make any profit and just want the costs covered. All extra money gets donated to a good cause (last year a children hospice).

Je comprends. Peut-être qu'il reste encore quelque chose.

J'ai le Breizh-Ball le week-end suivant... Et qui a pour destination... L'Allemagne et le Nürburgring...

Malheureusement, la réunion n'aura pas lieu à la date spécifiée. Les organisateurs planifient maintenant pour août ou septembre. Je vous tiendrai au courant à ce sujet.
